Do you stock parts for my specific caravan make and model?

We stock a wide and ever-changing range of parts for many popular UK caravan makes and models, including but not limited to: Bailey, Elddis, Swift, Avondale, and Lunar . Because our stock is derived from caravans we have dismantled, availability changes daily. The best way to see if we have what you need is to contact us directly with your caravan's make, model, and year

What condition are the used parts in?

All our parts are carefully removed from caravans and inspected. We aim to offer parts that are in good, serviceable condition. However, as they are used, they may show signs of wear consistent with the age of the caravan they came from. We are always happy to discuss the condition of a specific part with you when you enquire.

Is there a guarantee on used parts?

We stand by the quality of our parts. Specific warranty periods can vary depending on the part, so please ask our team for details when you make your purchase.

Can you get parts for older or 'obsolete' caravans?

Yes, this is one of the primary services we provide! We specialise in sourcing parts for older caravans that may no longer be supported by main dealers. Our stock is an excellent resource for owners of classic or discontinued models who are trying to keep their caravan on the road .

Do you supply new parts, or are your parts only used?

While our primary business is dismantling caravans for quality used parts, we also have access to a range of surplus and new-old-stock items. It is always best to ask us if you are looking for a specific new part .

How do I find a specific part for my caravan?

The best way to find a specific part is to use the search bar on our website. If you can't find what you're looking for, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. We have a vast stock of new and used parts from a wide range of manufacturers and models . Make sure you have your caravan's make, model, and year to hand, as this will help us quickly identify the correct part for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Bank Transfer, as well as PayPal for secure and convenient online payments. If you have any questions about the payment process, our team is here to help.

Can I order by phone?

Absolutely. We understand that some customers prefer to speak to a person to confirm details. You are welcome to call us or text us on WhatsApp to place an order or discuss your requirements. Our knowledgeable team is on hand to help you find exactly what you need.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Standard delivery times within the UK are typically between 1-3 working days.

What happens if a part I need is not in stock?

If an item is out of stock, we will do our best to source it for you. We work with a network of other breakers and stockists and may be able to find the part you need . We will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Prices & Payment

How are prices determined for used parts?

As a specialist caravan breaker, all our prices are based on the quality, condition, and availability of the part. Because we dismantle a wide variety of makes and models, each part is unique. We aim to provide competitive prices on good-quality used spares compared to buying brand new from a dealership.

Do you price match other breakers or suppliers?

We always strive to offer the best value for the quality of parts we supply. If you have received a quote for a like-for-like part from another VAT-registered UK breaker, we encourage you to get in touch. We'll do our best to match any genuine quotation, but this is subject to the specific part, its condition, and the terms of the offer.

Do you offer discounts for dealers or workshops?

Yes, we can offer discounted trade pricing for legitimate businesses, garages, and caravan workshops. Please contact us directly to discuss trade terms. Trade orders are subject to their own terms regarding returns and payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a range of payment options for your convenience. These include:

  • Cash on Collection (for in-person purchases at our yard). 

  • PayPal. 

  • Bank Transfer (BACS).

When do I need to pay?

For online orders and telephone sales, we usually require full payment to be made before we dispatch your item. For larger parts or special orders, a deposit may be required. We will confirm our payment terms when we provide your quote.

Delivery

How long does it take to deliver goods?

Orders placed before 2.30pm during weekdays (excluding Bank Holidays) are processed and dispatched the very same day. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the next working day.

How long it takes to deliver a parcel really depends upon the method of payment and the delivery destination. However, we can confirm that goods shipped to mainland UK are delivered using a Next Day (working day) delivery service provided by UK Mail. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight and the Scilly Isles may take 1-3 days.

Who will delivery my goods?

Reliable Delivery Company or UK Mail have one of the fastest and most reliable road-based networks in Europe and is our preferred carrier of choice. UK provide a reliable, efficient and polite service to our customers, and their SMS text delivery notification service provides, a one hour delivery window in advance, so you don't have to wait in all day for your goods.

We will be adding further services including Royal Mail in the near future.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and fragility of the items in your basket. We offer a standard courier service for small parts and a palletised freight service for large, heavy items (such as axles, chassis, and large body panels). All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

Yes, a signature is required to prove that you have received your order. Goods may be delivered to a neighbours address but you will need to advise us urgently, if your order has already been despatched.
